| 2012 rates range from $150.00 to $180.00 per night plus Maine state tax. Rates are subject to change Off season: Discount rates will apply. Please inquire. We are open mid May through mid September. |

Reservation Policies: Cancellation of reservation will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations which are cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival will be subject to 1 day's room charge. Sorry, we cannot give refunds for shorter stays than originally reserved for.
